Dehydration is one of the oldest and healthy methods of food preservation. It is the process of removing part of the available water from a food product to prevent the growth of microorganisms. Thanks to this natural method we can preserve better the vitamins, minerals and other nutrients in our ingredients.

Vegetables and fruits
Vegetables and fruits are carefully classified, selected, washed, peeled and cut before dehydration. For dehydration we use a gentle treatment of dry air (about 60ºC), in order to preserve vitamins, minerals and nutrients of food.
Meat and fish
Different time and temperature combinations are used depending on product, in order to eliminate potential pathogens without excessively high temperatures treatment.
